Summer Practices:

Summer Practices are sent out via Remind notifications. You can sign up these notifications by texting the phone number 81010 and sending @wbsumrun18 in the message section.

Prep for Tryouts:

“Meaningful Miles”- Every athlete should be building a base of miles. The more you do in the summer, the better tryouts will be. Hydration, stretching, rest and eating healthy are all key components for maximum performance. 

About the Team: 

The Girls Varsity XC team is coming of back to back 5-1 league records with their sights set on winning their first League Championship this upcoming season. It won’t be easy, but with the proper dedication and work ethic, this goal can be accomplished. Running the team provides a great bonding experience as well as terrific endurance training. Select athletes will participate in the Ocean State Invitational in Rhode Island, which will be an over night trip. For any further questions, please contact Coach Armato at
